Terms and Conditions for Posh and Cake's Handmade Flower Courses

These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the handmade flower courses ("the Courses") provided by Posh & Cake, both in-person and online. By enrolling in any of our courses, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

To enroll in our courses, you must complete the registration process and pay the applicable course fees.
We require a 50% non-refundable Booking Fee to confirm a course order and hold the date.
The remaining 50% is due 6 weeks before the course start date.
Orders placed less than 6 weeks in advance of the course start date must be paid in full.
Your enrollment will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.

The Courses may be delivered in-person at a location specified by Posh & Cake, or online through a platform chosen by Posh and Cake. The mode of delivery for each course will be specified at the time of enrollment.

All course materials provided are the intellectual property of Posh & Cake. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use these materials for commercial purposes without our written consent.

All course fees must be paid in full at the time of enrollment.

If you wish to cancel your enrollment, you must do so at least 6 weeks before the course start date to receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid.

No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 6 weeks before the course start date or for non-attendance.

Posh & Cake reserves the right to cancel a course under certain circumstances, such as insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, or unforeseen circumstances that prevent the course from being conducted.
In the event of a course cancellation, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a transfer to a rescheduled course or a full refund of the course fee.

Participants are expected to behave respectfully and professionally during the course. Posh & Cake reserves the right to remove any participant who behaves inappropriately.

Posh & Cake is not responsible for any personal injury or damage to property occurring during in-person courses, unless such injury or damage is caused by our negligence.

We respect your privacy and will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Posh & Cake reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
